My wife bought this for me as an anniversary gift. This has to be my favorite scotch I have ever had. Unlike other scotches, this doesn't require ice/water to drink. The only way to drink this is neat, delicious sip after sip. If this is out of your price range, Johnnie Walker Black is an excellent substitute. If you ever get a chance to try the Blue, I highly recommend it!

This stuff is gooood. I didn't see the appeal in drinking in college and most drinks I tried were unpleasant until I tried this one! It's smooth and has a great taste. In China a popular mixer with this is sweet green tea and it might sound weird at first but it actually delicious!

Some whiskies tend to improve and reveal more tastes once some air is in the bottle.... I'm about a quarter way through a litre bottle and it already tastes different then when first opened. First few sips weren't amazing - very nice but not too complex, but now the whisky has really opened up revealing peach, subtle smoke, sweet stewed fruits, and a spicy floral quality. Works well with a touch of water. Yes, it's probably over-priced but it give it some time and a little breathing space and you'll find a blended whisky of supreme quality. Rather classy.

This whiskey is by far one of the finer tasting ones. I've had it straight and mixed. Which ever way you prefer your drink, it will have that distinct taste.

Honestly this blended scotch is a bit overrated. It is why the price is so high. Yes it is smooth.. but almost all blended scotches are going to be smooth. There are better blends out there but eh, Johnnie is alright. It's mediocre.

Absolutely some of the best around! This is my fathers favorite drink of choice. He says its so smooth that it is honestly best of the rocks because any mixers cover the flavor of the whiskey which is absolutely such a great rich smooth flavor.

This drink is mostly for men or women who like hard liqueur on the rocks. If you are not a hard liquor person try drinking it with some soda and the taste wont be as strong, this is an all time favorite in the Caribbean islands.

Smooth, clean taste. Definitely well worth the price, especially on comparison to others that cost close to the same. Easy to find, too.

Ah, the creme de la creme of the Johnny Walker line. Its smooth, well balanced and great by itself. It is very expensive and the reason we had it was to celebrate a promotion. I would say its worth its price.
