Is this product intended for color treated hair or will it work on natural blonde?

It’s intended for colortreated hair to remove any brassiness (orange) out of you’re hair and brighten your highlights. As well as soften it because bleaching and lightening can damage your hair. But I’m sure if you had natural blonde hair you could use it as well or if cholorine from swimming has damaged your blonde hair.
