I found this spray at Ross and decided to give it a try. I use it once I get out the shower. I spray it on my damp hair and then brush it. The scent is a little floral, very nice. It really does give your hair some shine once it dries. I also like that it helps protect against heat which is one of the main reasons why I wanted to try it out. It is very lightweight on your hair. You also don’t need to use too much to get the results you want.

I had gotten this at target. I love john frieda products. Especially their shampoo and conditioner when i dye my hair red. But i got this product because i wanted something applied to my hair to make it more shinier and healthier glow. Once i sprayed it on my hair, and blow dried it, my hair felt softer. The scent wasnt that strong either. How ever. I have thick hair, so this took some time to brush in the morning.
