I use this lash of rising boosting primer before I put on my Maybelline New York lash sensational back full fan effect and I get the most beautiful lashes if I wouldn't have this primer my lashes lack

This product is awesome. I've never typically used a 2 step mascara application but the primer really helps moisten my lashes and they feel full and conditioned it really picks up the tint of the rich black mascara in the duo pack. Would recommend this to anyone, the best part is that is it convenient and affordable and available at most retailers.
