Jillian Michaels is one of my favorite trainers! I first found out about her from the Biggest Looser (as I'm sure most people probably did), but then she started to do more of her own videos and she's fantastic. My favorite thing about her workouts is that she gives the option between a beginner and expert, showing both techniques, poses and how to properly do each transition/move/exercise without hurting yourself. Worth looking into if you're ready to get into shape, try something new or just maintain that beautiful body you already have worked so hard for. xx

I own this yoga meltdown dvd and its the perfect combination of yoga and work out! Each workout is 30 minutes and includes the warm up and the cool down, has level 1&2. Burns mega calories and gives you a total body workout, you can do it at your own past and you can lose up to 5 pounds a week!
