This DVD is brutal in the best sense of the word. She is super intense and the workout will have you sweating buckets. I like that there are variations of positions. If you are a first time yogi, I recommend you do not buy this.

Even for Yoga, Jillian Michaels knows how to make it intense as possible. It's very effective, but it was just too much for me. I ended up having to sell it.

I love this dvd. I had never done yoga before and been to a yoga class prior to using this dvd. Some moves are difficult especially if you lack upper body strength, but I found myself getting better the more I used the dvd.

If you have never done yoga before, this will be killer for you. It's actually a combo of yoga and circuit training. It targets everywhere on your body and relies on body weight training, which I love. It's great for the upper body, especially.

Don't be fooled by it being yoga, it's a real good workout! It builds strength an endurance in strength training! This is great because all you need is a mat and your own body weight and a bit of space! There's beginner and expert options and modification options to accommodate everyone as well! Jillian is a great motivator and makes the workout fun!

I own this yoga meltdown dvd and its the perfect combination of yoga and work out! Each workout is 30 minutes and includes the warm up and the cool down, has level 1&2. Burns mega calories and gives you a total body workout, you can do it at your own past and you can lose up to 5 pounds a week!

Was expecting something light but this was definitely something that built up quite a sweat. Jillian is always so upbeat and keeps you entertained that you forget you're working out. She is a great motivator. Would recommend to anyone who is new to yoga.
