I overworked myself 2 months ago. Got Rhabdomiolosis, pulled muscle in chest, and have radial nerve palsy. Don't overwork your body, when it tells you to stop. :)

Just remember being sore means you actually did something! That's the best part of working out. If ur not sore, you need to push harder! But definitely stretch before AND after.

It usually happens.. make sure you stretch before and after your workouts 😉
