This book was very educational and reminds you that not all bodies are created equal. I love the quiz that she had about finding out your body type and which foods are beneficial for such body type. I did see the difference once I started to eat the foods recommended for me.
Helped me loose 30lbs the works outs are intervals of cardio strength and abs. Each week there is a new level to move up. Each session is 20 minutes and beats going to the gym for hours
