I have purchased this product many times. It’s inexpensive and I great base to add other ingredients. I made mini muffins but have also made a cake/loaf using this product.

My grandmother used this corn muffin mix constantly growing up. It's really so simple and a great base to so many things. Now a mom myself, I use this all the time. I've given other brands a shot but honestly, this is the best.

I always have a box or two in my cabinet because you never know when you’ll use it. Very easy to change up the recipe to your own taste (sweet corn, honey cornbread, corn dogs, etc). It’s inexpensive and a classic for a reason
