Definitely recommend this if you haven't tried it. It gives whatever you're eating that umami flavoring and it comes in multiple flavors. This flavor just has seaweed flakes, sesame seeds, salt, and sugar - and it's absolutely delicious. I usually eat it over rice and a friend egg, though I've also tried it on homemade sushi and friend rice. Possibilities are endless!

Being in a Japanese family, we eat this furikake (fu-di-ka-kei) all the time. I put the pronunciation for those who aren't Japanese and have a hard time saying it. :) what it is, it's a topping for rice, some people put it in ramen. It taste good especially with warm rice. It has nori (no-di), sesame seeds, sugar and salt. Some people like my uncle eat it with soy sauce.

So good! A great way to spice up a bowl of rice or add a bit of oomph to soup! I've even used it to add something to scrambled eggs. This is one of my favorite flavors as far as furikake goes. I'll definitely be buying more!
