I bought this from the dollar tree and the eyeliner itself is pretty good. It smudges pretty easily but the brush tip makes very precise lines and I like the color. The only problem is that the eyeliner seems to run out quick. I can usually do one wing before it starts to run out of liquid but if I put the cap on for a little bit, it will work again. I wasn't expecting a lot and I do think it is a good eyeliner for a dollar.
