THE MORPHE X JEFFREE STAR COMPLETE EYE BRUSH SET is aggressively pink and unmistakably Jeffree. And honestly? Morphe nailed the aesthetic. The packaging is high shine Pepto with a holo flash that feels playful, very much a —-“you knew what you were buying moment.” Inside you get ten brushes covering everything from liner to crease. The handles are lightweight,(some would call cheap), but I actually found it easier to control, especially for fine detail work. Three blending brushes are natural hair, the rest are synthetic. Both types are soft and dense, and they pick up pigment well — sometimes too well. The natural hair brushes especially grab a lot of shadow so a light hand is your friend. The first use had me impressed, the blending was good, the payoff was solid, and everything felt cohesive. Then wash day rolled around. The bristles lost their during the wash (not unusual), but they refused to bounce back without brush guards and after drying some of them felt scratchy on my eyelids. Final score: 7.5/10 Deduction for shape retention issues and scratchy eyelids *there are numbers in the top right of my pic bc I pulled it from my Poshmark closet of a set I sold. I've had these brushes for a while and they look as good as the first day, haven't had any issues with durability so I have gotten my money's worth for sure. They can be used in different ways to create any types of looks! They're also pretty!

I was first excited about these brushes because they were pink and from JS , but unfortunately this Colab the brushes were very cheaply made they have faded over time and don’t feel high end for the price I paid for them and the case holder . Wouldn’t recommend these for pro makeup artist. I wanted to write more details on these brushes, but wasn’t much to be said about them at all unfortunately. Very disappointed in this set of brushes. Felt rushed or saved on money for this collab
