These highlighters are BLINDING! And after I first bought ice cold many years ago, Jeffree Star's skin frost became the only highlighters I would use. I have shades: Ice Cold, Peach Goddess, Mint Condition, King Tut, and Neffree.
Ok but let's be real. Some shades formula are different than others. Some are much more highly pigmented and creamy, while others are a lot harder to apply. Personally I have found that Ice Cold and King Tut are the creamiest and most easy to apply. They are also much more suited for everyday wear.
I know that certain colors are harder to make and each will be different but I was really hoping that each shade would be as buttery as Ice Cold and King Tut. That said- I love love love these highlights.
The pans and motions are HUGE, so you are really getting your money's worth. You can layer for a more dramatic highlight or apply with a light hand for something much more subtle.
*MOST IMPORTANTLY* Jeffree's Skin Frosts are not glittery much like other brands: Anastasia, etc. This is the main reason I feel so strongly about them.

This is a very good highlighter. I have about 10 which is alot, but its a pretty good formula. Whether you're into funky colors or everyday neutral highlighters, JS has a skin frost for you. The pan us huge! So you get alot of product for $29 & the mirror in the compact can be used as a good on the go mirror to do your makeup in. This highlighter is very metallic & has a certain texture thats hard to describe. Would recommend applying with a denser highlighting brush because the consistency is very thick & using a flimsy brush doesnt give a very good application. Downsides to the skin frost is that hard pan can develop over the highlighter (its still usable, but annoying) & the size. For the price, the size is good because there are alot of brands with highlighters half the size & $10-$15 more. But unless you use it everyday, & don't own other highlighters, you're never gonna get through it. I recommend but purchase 1 or 2 you know you'd use on a regular basis if you're looking to actually get through an entire skin frost. I would watch Beauty News' video on how many swatches it takes to get through an entire skin frost.

Review for: Peach Goddess, Ice Cold, King Tut, Other more...
I bought Ice Cold, Peach Goddess, Siberian Gold, and King Tut (and 1st run of Eclipse, but returned that because it was a flop). Overall, I highly recommend these!! They’re huge pans. Huge mirror. Quality feeling/looking compact. Quality highlighter. They’re BLINDING. I do find that for Peach Goddess and Siberian Gold a stiff, natural bristled brush like the Anastasia Beverly Hills A23 brush works best to pick up pigment and melt it into the skin. Those two have a different formula that is more flaky and stiff, so there is definitely fall out when you apply. Because they’re so beautiful on the skin, I don’t mind. King Tut and Ice Cold are more finely milled and soft-ish like a Becca highlighter. Those you can pick up easily with a fan brush and shouldn’t have any fallout. For the most blinding look, spray your brush with a bit of MAC Fix +, or my personal favorite for foiling, e.l.f. Makeup Setting Mist, before you dip your brush into the pan. This should help minimize fallout as well. Honestly, I love these. They don’t disappoint me now that I figured out what type of brush to use. Sometimes makeup isn’t a “everything should work the same” type of thing. Sometimes you do need to play with different tools and application methods to get the best look and the outcome you desire.

As I've said before, I am a sucker for anything Jeffree Star, and these Skin Frosts are no exception... they are BLINDING. While they are on the pricier side, the amount you get is incredible and they are also so versatile. They are definitely worth the money, but they also go on sale pretty often for a small business. Something that I really love are his new Pro Palettes... He offers two different ones as of now, the Platinum Ice palette and the 24 Karat palette. They are each $40 and contain 6 different shades. The pans aren't as big as when you buy them individually but they are still great sized and last forever... They are a much more affordable way to get several different shades if you don't want to pay an insane amount.

Highlighter is a fairly new breakthrough trend in the beauty world and most companies have yet to grasp it. The only company that has done highlighters the right way is Jeffree Star Cosmetics. The Skin Frost comes in many different colors that all give a unique glow. The packaging is a huge circle so no matter which tool you prefer to use to apply, you will always have room to collect the product. The amount of product you get in these compacts is insane. I haven't even made a dent in any of mine and I use them every single day. This is the most cost effective highlighter on the market. Not to mention Jeffree has given us colors other companies won't touch! Everyone needs to buy at least one Skin Frost in their life.

Review for: King Tut more...
I feel sad that I have to come back and update my review on Jeffree’s highlighters. My first purchase was King Tut, and I fell in love. I was so shook at how blinding it was. I swiped my finger in it ONCE, not back and forth, and swiped it on my arm ONCE; no finessing. It was blinding, smooth as butter, and oh so finely milled. This made me decide to purchase more shades. I then got Crystal Ball and was extremely disappointed. It was so so chunky and glittery. It was ridiculous; I tried to make it work but I couldn’t get over the chunky glitter.. I sold it. I decided to give JS one more try and got Summer Snowcone. This shade wasn’t too glittery but honestly is not very blinding. Also, I have to really rub my finger in the pan to pick up product. I also had to keep rubbing it over and over on my arm to get a swatch as most of the product would stay on my finger. The same happened with a brush, I used two different brushes. I’ve decided to stay away from his skin frosts now because all the formulas are different, hit or miss. I’m going to use the heck out of my King Tut and all my Jeffree lipsticks, but I’m sad to say I don’t want to waste my time and money with future skin frosts. If all his highlighters were like King Tut, I would only buy his highlighters and recommend to the whole world. The inconsistency of his formulas are the reason I’m leaving 3 stars.

These highlighters are my ride or dies! These are super pigmented and great for anyone ranging from pale to dark skinned! The finish leaves you glowy and the formula blends amazingly! I use these everyday, just be careful like all highlighters they break easily if accidentally dropped and also I was also cleaning one of them with a warm cloth and the logo came off, so be aware of that!

Jeffree Star skin frost highlighters always look amazing! This formula is an absolute hit! It’s not really a cream, but not powdery either. A little bit goes a long way! This particular color looks far better on darker skin tones than mine, but I use it for accenting my eyelid colors as well. This formula blends so well. I was so surprised at the size of these pans! They are HUGE! I thought at first that they were a little expensive, but when they came in and I saw the size of them, the price point is actually very fair. They are definitely some of my favorite highlighters!

ANYTIME I wear this highlighter I get compliments when I go out. The price is 110% worth the product. Not only is the pan size absolutely amazing but the product itself is just awesome! The shade I used (Ice Cold) is extremely pigmented and I even have to be careful not to use too much of it because of how pigmented it is. The formula is so soft and creamy, and I literally cried because I recently dropped the product and the pan crumbled. Now I’m using up the rest and purchasing another immediately because it’s a must have for my daily beauty routine.

I have been dyinggg to get my hands on Jeffree Star's skin frosts. I'm not quite sure which shade would go best with my pale complexion, but I have had my eyes expecially on Peach Goddess. Would love to hear some reviews on this product!
