Product Description

Inositol is readily absorbed and used to produce the active inositides as necessary. The various forms of inositol (phosphatidylinositol and inositides such as IP3) are active in cell-to-cell communication, (e.g, transmission of nerve impulses). Tissues that are affected include the brain, liver and muscles. Inositol is an indirect source of glucoronic acid, which is essential to liver detoxification. Inositol is derived from rice bran and is made in Japan by Tsuno Rice Fine Chemicals Co, Ltd. see more...

I ordered this for my PCOS after learning that it can be very effective at managing insulin and testosterone levels. After just over a month, my PCOS symptoms dramatically decreased. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stuff! I was taking another supplement to help with egg quality by way of PCOS control, and it contained myo-inositol. I had such good results, I tried taking this supplement alone and it's still doing the job. I get it on Amazon for about 10 dollars a bottle, which is a 30-90 day supply, depending on how you take it. I definitely feel better and have fewer PCOS symptoms (bloating, painful cysts, cycle deviations) when I take 2 capsules per day.

Exercise caution with blood sugar, though as this can make it dip a little. I prefer this far and away over drugs like Metformin because I don't have insulin resistance like many of my PCOS peers. Myo-inositol is (IMO) a much better method of handling insulin resistance.
