I've been using this foundation for a month now and haven't been able to find a con. I've used it so often because it's quick & easy to use. You just use a brush, swipe & go!

This is my first time trying Jane Iredale products. I am so thankful I received this complimentary for testing purposes, because I would actually buy this foundation. This is a natural & organic product that works really well!

Today I applied the powder with my beauty blender & the coverage looked even better! I was impressed with how flawless it looked. Applying the foundation with a beauty blender sold me because it made the application more flawless & full coverage.
With a brush, the coverage feels very light but looks medium. You only need to apply a little bit to get good coverage. I love how natural it looks, your skin still peaks through. Yet its enough to make you feel comfortable for a night out. For me it lasts all day & isn't too oily. I have normal skin and I feel fine all day when I have this on. During the summertime I get more oily, but this foundation has been helping with that. My nose will get a little oily, but I get that with most foundations. The color doesn't change  & my face feels smooth.
I give it 4 stars simply because it isn't full coverage. I enjoy foundations that'll let you build up until it's full coverage, especially when the foundation is pricey. For example, I can use the Estee Lauder foundation light to heavy coverage. Also, the powder does fly off when you brush it on & when you use the brush to pick up the powder. Oh and I don't think there's enough product. I haven't come close to hitting pan, but the compact is very thin.
Lastly, I love the packaging! I love the sleek design & it's very travel friendly.

So I just received my complimentary Jane iredale voxbox and I had to review the mineral foundation . I’ve never used a mineral base foundation before since I usually go for a full coverage liquid foundation but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I actually liked this! It’s incredibly light and airy, leaving my skin with a soft natural glow and feeling so satin like. I especially love how breathable it is during this hot summer. What really impressed me (besides the beautiful packaging) was the fact it’s spf 20, water resistant, and most importantly for me hypoallergenic! The only cons were is that I have really red cheeks and skin discoloration and it did nothing to reduce or cover it. It also isn’t great for people with dry skin as it highlighted all of my dry areas, and fine lines. I highly recommend this mineral foundation if you like a light natural foundation, that’s great in the summer!

Overall I like this foundation as an everyday, moderate coverage, tone evening product. It took some getting used to its application process and it does have some drawbacks though. I like that it’s pressed and not loose, which makes it easier to throw in my bag. The Foundation application says to put it on in strokes, I found this to not work as well as “buffing”. After initial application you spritz with the setting spray - you really should do this as it makes a huge difference in the longevity of this product. I tried it both ways. To build coverage you reapply foundation, and re-spritz. I felt like it became cakey and settled horribly when I did more than one layer. The foundation does have a nice blurring effect and left me looking fresh and dewy for about 10 hours. I’ll probably purchase when this runs out. (I received this product complimentary from Influenster and Jane Iredale in exchange for texting and reviewing purposes.)

Well for myself it was perfect. I love the texture of the powder ( actually pressed and not easily breakable). Feels like quality makeup! It gives a smooth finish. I prefer to use a foundation cushion and add the PurePressed on top, then the Pommist💗. Also the casing looks amazing! I'm completely satisfied with the product but I have to say, I hope they expand into darker shades, because even for a "cocoa" it was quite light on me, not extremely but I have a medium to dark skin tone, someone darker than me would not benefit and I'm aware I may have received the darkest one so far. So I give it 4 stars for high quality but shade range might need help. Girls with darker skin might have trouble~

When I got this foundation I was still pretty tan, so I decided to use it to set my under eyes because it was a nice light and full coverage powder! My concealer never creased and it looked good all day! Definitely a great product. I would look into this if you want to try something new and relatively inexpensive!

I was really prepared to be underwhelmed with this mineral foundation. They all tend to make my skin look chalky and dry and cakey. This one was a completely different story. Just the right amount of mattifying properties, while still allowing for some defined, as is so in style right now. It worked great with both the brush, as well as the sponge applicator, especially when applying more product, to use more like a concealer on certain areas. I also really appreciated that it was fragrance free, from what I could tell. There’s nothing like smelling your foundation on your face all day.👎 I love that the beautiful compact is reusable, so there’s not so much to throw away. I also liked the enormous variation in shades—there’s definitely one for everyone. All around a fantastic product I will use to the pan.

The Jane Iredale VoxBox was amazing!! I love the pressed powder, and gorgeous rose gold compact for it. I love all of Jane Iredale products, but wish the prices were a tad lower. You get what you pay for, and this brand is high quality and overall worth it. And yes, I do recommend this pressed mineral foundation.

Wow. I'm never a girl to use powder foundation, but this may have changed me. I love the IDEA of a light, mineral foundation, but I have redness around the nose and T-zone that generally render that concept impractical due to the lack of coverage. I applied this powder lightly with the Jane Iredale Handi brush, and it went on silky and smooth. I applied the POMMISST Hydration spray, let it dry, and followed with another application of the powder for fuller coverage. After the second application, it's a perfect amount of airy, breathable, coverage for my skin.
This is now my go-to for light, breathable, summer in the city foundation, and will be buying this once it runs out!

This is the first powder foundation that I've ever tried. It doesn't take much to get the look you want, the powder is very nicely milled, I like the fact that it's vegan and there is no heavy smell to it. But the shade I received is definitely not my shade. It's too light for me. It gave me a ghostly appearance to my face to please be careful if ordering this online. Also since I have normal to dry skin, the couple of places I have a couple of dry patches looked very pronounced. I also find it quite pricey.

I was so excited to try this product as my skin is oily and I can’t use anything heavy on it. The brush is one of the softest ones I’ve ever tried because it’s a mineral powder the blend is flawless additionally when you get oily or sweaty you can just use oil blotting paper to remove it in the skin still looks put together. I will definitely be purchasing more from this company as I am very happy with the setting spray and the way it allows my skin to breathe and not feel unnatural. The packaging is absolutely adorable I love how the brush has its own container in the powder so easy to find in my purse when I need it.
