Caused bad cystic acne which is not the fault of the product. Worked as indicated to improve skin and hair. Didn't cause stomach issues. Good price. Bottle is great.

this biotin pill is easy to swallow and his a pink coating. This product comes with 120 softgels. It usually lasts around 2 months and i take them daily. The only downside is it contains beef gelatin which is not halal to muslim people.

As you can see in my photo, this is for Jamie son’s Hair Skin Nails Advanced vitamin formula. I LOVE it!! My nails have grown so nicely (which was my goal as I ruined them with constant fake nail fills, never having a break). I bleach my hair to almost white - and my roots are popping up a lot sooner which leads me to believe it’s helped increase my hair growing - but my main goal with my hair is to grow HEALTHY strands which is what these vitamins aid in, so they’ll be more strong and resilient (hopefully) against my platinum hair addiction lol! I’ve also used [product:natures-bounty-extra-strength-hair-skin-&-nails-5000-mcg-of-biotin-150] which also is a great, comparable product in my eyes! I’ve tried the “gummy” vitamins too however, I always feel like they don’t work as well as the tablet/pill vitamins.
