Like the packaging claims, this is beef jerky made from 100% beef. It's tender enough to easily sink my teeth into and tear apart. Has an additive smoky, zesty hot flavor. Almost covers up the slight sweetness it has. Hot enough to leave a burning sensation on my taste buds. First time eating this gave me coughing fits so probably not for people who can't handle spice. Appreciate the resealable bag.
