The brush works fine. It does have issues with the caps. However, it is very easily fixed by pinching the caps a bit. The actual brush works very nicely and is soft. Only one end is retractable (fluffy side). It has withstood a couple washes so far.

this brush is 100% worth the money! i use this for my spot concealing every day and it blends so seamlessly! on the side with the fluffy brush, u can push the metal part up and down to make it fluffier or denser, SO worth it!
