First things first. This is still a CC cream foundation so you can't expect it in reality to be matte and have long lasting powers. The benefits are based on the IT Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream. We all know that moisturizer's don't last on top of the skin long. With that being said, this is a pretty great coverage solid serum foundation for what it is. The packaging is adorable and hygienic BUT the sponge is useless. Can't pick up product with it or use it to even out texture.  I definitely recommend a dense foundation brush to pick up enough product and get medium to full coverage. It goes on smooth and moisturizing with a cool temp feel. Easy to blend out. I stamp my foundation brush on any stroke marks and it becomes flawless. I tried setting this with my dermablend powder and it just wasn't a good look. Setting it with a powder made it super apparent that I was wearing makeup. Not setting it makes it look more like my skin. Regardless of setting, my skin looks fresh, flawless, and bright! In the cooler temperature of California that doesn't pass 72 degrees, it lasts an eight hour work day. I touch my face and there's minor transfer. A sheer layer. Not ideal for glasses wearers, the foundation moves and disintegrates where my glasses sit on my nose. I just tap it out with my finger.

First, let me say that I'm a huge IT Cosmetics fan.  I've been using CC Cream for more than a year and thought I would try something with a little more coverage. So, Confidence in a Compact seemed like the next logical step.  I liked it... a lot.  It blended well and the coverage was on point. I applied it with the brush (which I LOVE); however, I went through the product so much faster than the CC Cream. That was disappointing. I would recommend the product, but would warn the user that it doesn't last as long as the other IT Cosmetic products that I've used.  I'll be going back to the CC Cream for now.

This is my first IT Cosmetics purchase and I am so glad I finally did! This compact serum feels so good on the skin! It has this cooling effect to the touch when applied and glides on effortlessly. I'm in the shade fair. It claims to be full coverage but I believe it to be a buildable medium to full. But I don't mind it. The packing is stunning and easy to travel with. It also has SPF 50 which is great for all skin and takes a step out of applying sunscreen. It's claims are for anti aging skin. I'm in my late 20s and have drier/combo skin and it makes my skin so glowy! Definitely recommend this for all skin types though!

I was excited to try this product, wanted to see if this brand lived up to the hype. Well I honestly love this foundation. I first applied it with the sponge it comes with. The foundation does not apply as thick as it looks on Its Cosmetics videos, which I think is a good thing. For my second use, I used an It Cosmetics brush I bought at the same time as the foundation during Ulta’s Beauty Steal Sale. Brush application looks even better! And seems like you use less product. This foundation give a great natural healthy balanced look to your face. I’m very happy with it and definitely recommend it.

I am obsessed with this foundation! I used to like the it cosmetics cc cream and decided to buy this when I saw it on sale and I’m never using anything else! It looks so natural but gives me better coverage in areas that I need it! It’s comfortable to wear and has lots of pigment to coverup redness and scaring. People no longer say to me that my makeup looks great they say my skin looks great and that I’m glowing! I can’t recommend this enough!

I have never been more orange in my life. I tried sheering it out, using a color neutralizing powder on top, using a color corrector underneath. Nothing made me not look like a Umpa Lumpa. It also breaks apart super fast on my face. I know cc creams aren't always great in oily skin, especially cream ones but I wanted something I could apply lightly, get coverage, and then set to a more matte finish, and this was definitely not the foundation. In dryer months maybe but the color makes it automatically a no go.

I’ve used other It Cosmetics products for my face and much prefer them over this. I have rosacea so covering redness is key, which this does but it comes off easily. I constantly am stuck with a ‘rudolph’ spot on the end of my nose where the product has come off. I will be going back to their cc liquid product.

I wish I could give this product more stars! Not only to I love the coverage and finish of this product, I also love how after using this product this product I have seen a difference in my skin’s health. After struggling with acne and dark spots in high school after sticking to this product I only occasionally get zits AND I feel confident enough to go without makeup some days. This product really lives up to its name. I do not usually repurchase foundations because I love trying new ones, but this one I have gotten twice now and continue to love it.

I've finally found a foundation that lives up to its "full coverage" promise!  Although this foundation is pricier than your average drugstore foundation, it is well worth it.  It is super easy to apply (I use a foundation brush) and goes on evenly.  A little goes a long way, so it does last a pretty long time, too.  For me, my main concern was if it would last all day or not, and it truly does!  I recommend this product to everyone!

I got lured to buy this after seeing the impressive packaging and claims. Well, as with all their foundation shades, they’re too dark so you gotta go one lighter. This cream formula is wonderful but you use so much more than the regular liquid. I use a buffing brush instead of the sponge that comes with it. It will not last as long as the liquid version and it doesn’t work as well. I have to use concealer and it’s not as good as blending into skin.

How well does this cover blemishes and does this foundation work better with the $48 brush or is the sponge it come with work ok?

I swatched this product on my hand at my local Ulta and it seems very thick, would this be too heavy on combination skin? I like their cc+ cream but that can even make me a bit shiny sometimes.

IT Cosmetics® Confidence in a Compact™ with SPF 50+....I absolutely love confident in a cream because my skin is super dry....but I'm wondering if the texture is thick ?.....confident in a cream seems to be quite heavy....so I'm afraid that confident in a compact would be too thick and oily for foundation !!!.....does it have full coverage?....how would u compare this to IT cc cream?

Wanting to move away from the cheaper foundations. Has anyone used this what do you think? Do I follow with a powder?
