I have used this with the CC cream from IT Cosmetics, but I have also used it for other foundations, and I love how it applies and I can easily get it where I need to, and then use the flat end of the brush to really press into the skin. Overall, just a great brush to have on hand. And I love the brush cap to protect the longevity of the bristles
