Do you have to charge it? If so how long?

Yes, i charge mine for 5 hrs or so, so overnight and it's good as new in the morning . The green light means full battery yellow is about 50% and red is almost dead and time to redock

I charge mine overnight and leave it running all day. I only do this every other day tho. It does a great job tho. Works really well if you have children and pets..or a husband LOL

Yes, when you first purchase the roomba you need to charge it over night. Aftewards you should plan to set your roomba up to dock itself after it cleans.

Yes, you have to charge it. I am not sure of exactly how long as mine sits on the charger all the time when not in use. I have it programed so it starts cleaning by itself and then it docks it self back in the charger when done. Love it!
