I loved this product! I’ve heard many different types of magnesium supplements over the years and these by far the best. Take me consistently every single night has improved my sleep, which is saying a lot because nothing can keep me asleep the whole night. There isn’t a strong taste, I just drop it to my tea every night and it works really well!

I used to get a lot off cramps on my muscles since I have been using this I don’t have any cramps at all. In the informations of the product it says it has a really salty taste when added in water but honestly I didn’t feel a strong taste too. I like the packaging and the dropping thing is working really well. I love it.

This product is almost impossible to take by itself. I would highly recommend buying empty pill capsules to put this product in. Without it, the product tastes extremely salty and burns your mouth and chest.
