Packaging is nice, makes it simple to get out and mix. I've used it on somebody with a sensitive scalp and it works. There is little to no scent which is good. It can dry quick I find so make sure to maybe not do a 1:1 ratio and do 1:2. It doesn't damage the hair too much until you get into higher volumes of hydrogen peroxide. If using anything above 20 I recommend a hair mask but most lighteners even gentle ones, are damaging.
