What I love most about ID is that it offers a seemingly endless library of content. You can always find a compelling documentary or a dramatic re enactment, whether it's late at night or during the day. Their programs are incredibly gripping; they focus heavily on the storytelling, featuring interviews with detectives, forensic experts, and victims' families, which gives the cases a deep, personal dimension.
I consider myself to be an ID addict. I think of all the channels available on cable I watch ID more than probably the rest of them combined.
Your programming lineup is for the most part excellent, but there are a few complaints that I want to share with you.
Whenever Fear Thy Neighbor or Fear Thy Roommate come on I switch to Oxygen Network immediately. My wife is an addict like I am, and she feels exactly the same way, so there are two of us at least that agree.
We both think these shows are idiotic. It’s like little children throwing stones at each other. The people need to Grow TFU. Please get rid of those shows and don’t make any more of them.
My absolute favorite ID program is See No Evil. I have watched every episode several times because they are interesting even as a rerun. In fact, except for the two above mentioned program,
I think your lineup is great in general, but there are a couple of others that I really don’t like watching, and usually will switch away from your channel because they come on.
Still a Mystery and Disappeared are two such programs because there is no resolution to the case and I don’t like that.
I can leave ID on all day long, but I will switch away when those other programs appear. They are just not worth it to me, and I think majority of your viewing audience would agree.
Why is Very Scary People in two (2) parts? I’m watching it right now. Part one is 50% commercials. Part two is partially a review of part one and 50% commercials. This could easily be a one hour show. I think ID split shows like “the black widow” into two parts as an excuse to sell and make money off of commercials. Which I’m sure most of us cable television watchers are getting weary off.
