This was my first ever time using a menstrual disc, and I have to say im impressed. It took a couple tries to get it to the right spot and how to know if it was good or not but id say my first time was a breeze. I didnt feel it but I did need lube to put it in easier or it was just a mess. Ì work from home so im unsure if it is walking or working out friendly. Im still getting used to using the washroom with it but from a beginners perspective I didnt have as hard of a time I thought I would.

This is my go to product when aunt flow visits. I have about 7 cups and discs combined and I keep going back to this one because of the self dumping function. It’s really life changing once you get the hang of it.
