It fits perfectly for standard kitchen lights. The lighting is a little dim for my liking. It's easy to clean and doesn't get buildup like others I have had in the past. Overall I think its pretty good.

I liked this panel a lot more than I thought I was going to when I unboxed it. It has a really nice light diffusion. I wish it was a little more rigid for different applications but I overall liked it. I love the design in it. It was a nice look.

Planning to use this diffuser panel in an unconventional way. For studio light diffusion. For this purpose m, it works quite well. Very large, and I could DIY it and cut it into smaller panels to diffuse more lighting in the future. My first impression was a bit of surprise with how thin/flexible it is. I haven’t experienced this breaking just yet, but I do feel you should be gentle to avoid breaking/warping for normal light fixture panel installation. On the plus side, plastic material would make cleaning quite easy if this was used in a kitchen where grease tends to accumulate on fixtures
