I have been wanting a pressure cooker for a long time and decided to buy this one. I cook pho so many times and it’s normally took me all day for the broth, now only take me 1.5 hours. The lid is secure when you lock it you can hear the little bip sound. Also easy to clean.

I use mine for pulled pork, one pot chicken dishes, soups, and stews. It cooks much quicker and easier than a crock pot. The only downfall with pressure cooking is releasing pressure and adding secondary items that you don't want mushy. However still quicker than a crock pot or other slow cookers. I love being able to grow a meal together then forget about it till it's done. Only have to be careful it's not too dry as it'll scorch initially and turn off on some items.

Tough to cook foods (like bones, meat, beans) become tender within 45 minutes to 1 hour. The safety system works very well; you can’t open the lid without releasing the pressure. The timer system is excellent. Instead of cooking tough foods for hours, you can easily cook them in 1 hour, saving time and reducing your gas or electricity bill.
