Yo estuve usando otras en el hospital que son buenas, pero esto de Frida dan una compresión suave. La absorción que tiene es perfecta. El adhesivo es lo máximo y las instrucciones en la caja. Súper fácil de usar y descripción. Genial que no se ve que la llevas puesta

I used these after both deliveries and found them to be helpful, but not a must have. They do a good job providing a brief cooling feeling but I did not find the pad to hold up well staying in place. If these had wings then they would've been great.

These postpartum are a life saver! Ive had two babies and both times I have teared and these were the only things that brought me any relief. They feel smooth on your skin and the quality of them are amazing, they are by far the best on the market. It made my recovery so much more easier!
