It's a one time use. ....They don't get warm..... They don't fit right. Not worth the price. .. they are pointless...... would never use it again.

Before the use of the instant heat breast warmers I wasn’t able to fill up a bottle. I warmed these up in boiling water and they instantly had my milk flow. Having to boil them in order to reuse is sometimes an inconvenience but not horrible. They are decent in size big enough of DD . I would recommend this product.
