I love the design of this book with all so colorful the content is great with different phrases of happiness and logical things that you can think of inside your head or amazing I think the quality of this book comes from your mind and your heart and what you think of it I personally love it I love the analytical part of thinking and the analogy of it it definitely would give it a 7 out of 10
