I just recently gotten a procedure called PRP Platelet-rich Plasma where they basically draw your blood spin it down and put an anti coagulation and then inject you with your own cells basically. Afterwards the tech gave me one of these cold packs and they get so cold and they do they trick with take the swelling down and what not.
