I used to do this workout and I absolutely love it. I noticed my body firming up and my energy and stamina improved immensely. I have been thinking about starting it back up again. I just need to find my DVD player. Another thing to mention is the meal plan. It's extremely easy to food prep with the recipe book they give you. There are many options to choose from and the recipes are very easy

Ce programme de seulement 2 semaines m’a littéralement retourné l’estomac… mais dans le bon sens du terme ! C’est intense, exigeant, mais tellement efficace. J’ai perdu 5kg et j’ai pris en muscle de façon visible, et ça, sans matériel, juste avec ma motivation et la bonne ambiance du programme. Le prix en vaut largement la peine, vraiment. Faites confiance à ce coach, vous n’allez pas en revenir. Je l’ai fait avec mon frère, on pensait craquer plus d’une fois, mais impossible de s’arrêter : le coach passe son temps à nous motiver à travers l’écran avec des phrases comme « Encore 5 secondes ! », « Tu peux le faire ! », « J’y crois ! ». Et le plus rassurant, c’est de voir les autres participants derrière lui, en galère comme nous, transpirants, essoufflés… ça m’a permis de relativiser et de me dire que je ne suis pas nul, que c’est normal de souffrir, mais qu’on progresse tous ensemble. Je recommande à 1000%, si vous cherchez un vrai challenge et des résultats rapides, foncez !

I just started the Insanity Workout, and wow—this thing is no joke. I knew it would be tough, but I wasn’t prepared for just how intense it actually is. From the very first workout, I was drenched in sweat and completely exhausted, but in the best way possible. The pace is relentless, and there’s barely any time to catch your breath, but that’s what makes it so effective. It’s definitely one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done, but I can already tell it’s going to work. The amount of cardio and bodyweight exercises packed into each session is insane (pun intended), and if I stick with it, there’s no doubt I’ll lose weight and build endurance. If you’re looking for something that will push you to your limits, this is it. Just be ready to work!
