I choose this above any mixing liquid or regular eyeliner or shadow. I use it mainly for my eye liner but not in my waterline...yea it works there if your patient and dont mind the blurry effect it can give yoir eyeball for 3 minutes but anyways this is worth the money. its a little pricey but it goes such a long way and lasts awhile. i have had my inglot since march of 2022,we are in 2023 and im not to the half way mark yet. it may be a silicone product but its pretty tough handled when it comes to waterproof. it makes shadows far more vibrant. i tried mehron mixing liquid and that bs is awful. This is one of my holy grail must haves. and the black eyeliner that came with it is amazing. the inglot duraline lasts me all day, and its smudge proof for the most part. my combination skin gets along with this.

YOU. NEED. THIS! You can use it with almost any makeup product you have. It's a miracle in a little bottle. It makes anything waterproof, smoother, richer in color (last one is for powder or cream products, like blush, eyeshadow or contour). Or with other words: You will have more fun with makeup. I even asked Inglot to never ever discontinue Duraline. I will buy Duraline for the rest of my life and enjoy this magic liquid. Only downside is the bottle: The dispenser brings out a bit too much product, depending on how much you need. And the bottle seems to be made out of glass, so I have to treat the bottle very carefully. But the product inside makes it all worth it. Plus, it doesn't cost that much, considering how little you need.
