I have dry-prone, high porosity, type 4 coily-curly hair. Many of the strands are fine and extremely sensitive. After about 3-5 good rounds of use, I could see that the product quickly strengthens each hair strand individually. Also, I could see and feel the hair respond to all of the nutrients. This sealed my cuticles and tightened some of the weak ends. I was recommended by a hair stylist, to use this as often as possible to improve hair health, damage, and assist with breakage prevention / length retention. I can say that I 100% received all the benefits of this product in a matter of a couple of weeks. Also, this surprisingly started working out my heat-damage. And the price is budget-friendly. The only negative is the product can build up and cause what feels like protein overload. But this can be alleviated by washing/clarifying the hair really well.

Love this product smells great and works amazingly, you can see and feel the difference. I use to use it but I haven't seen it for awhile
