Many of them suggested me saying my hair will become freezy and I loose hair if I blow dry is this is true..

If you have trouble with frizz, try a blow out balm and a blow dryer with a diffuser. Conair Pro Plimatic Mitt Diffuser is a great cheap diffuser you can fit on any dryer.
