I was trying to find an easy to take vitamin C supplement to Bruce my immune system during the cold and flu season. This CVS brand, vitamin C supplement flavor, drink powder compared to the EmergenC brand was the same nutritional value. I thought I would try strawberry kiwi. Each packet has enough powder to properly supplement in flavor 4 to 6 ounces. I use a 6 ounce jar with a lid. Once I put the powder in I give it a good shake to help properly dissolve the mix. It mixed completely. It does have a sucrose and fructose ingredient so there is sweetness. But not overly sweet. There is no artificial color in it. It is colored with dried beet juice, raspberry juice and strawberry juice. I do like strawberries, yet I’m not fond of the flavor of this item. The supplement claims 1111% vitamin C 588% vitamin B six 1042% vitamin B 1043%. And 50 % of your pantothenic acid. Also included in the supplement lineup is magnesium, zinc, manganese, and folate. 25 cal per packet. 6 ounces isn’t much to drink to get some of these supplements that your body needs. I won’t be repurchasing.
The taste of the strawberry kiwi immune support powder is not desirable. If looking to boost immunity then it might help if you can get pass the taste. Maybe if this is added into a smoothie or something then it maybe more bearable to consume. The taste isn’t disgusting, it’s just chalky tasting and I get no flavor of strawberry or kiwi.

This is pretty good, it’s better tasting than most mix in packets. Especially having vitamins. I would definitely recommend it to help keep all these sicknesses away.
