The Il Makiage waterproof lipliner in the shade Poppy came in its typical stylish packaging as usual. The color didn't turn out looking like the color I had anticipated, but it was cute. The formula seems creamy, it applied well, didn't crumble apart and it wasn't a weird dried out texture. This waterproof lipliner isn't very waterproof because when I tested it out, it smudged and came completely off. However as a stand alone lipliner it performs fairly well.
