I love Ikea for small around the house items. Kitchen ware and whatnot. The furniture is affordable but cheap materials and difficult to put together. Good furniture for college rooms but kinda cheap for the house. I do like the dressers for my kid;s rooms but be sure to attach them o he wall as they are lightweight and will tip over.
I own a variety of furniture that I have purchased from IKEA. I have had my pieces for 4-8 years at this point and each and every piece is is till in exactly the same condition as it was when I purchased it. I have also moved several times with this furniture, and items did not break apart during the process of moving them.
I have a love hate relationship with ikea. They have great staples and some me products are a complete miss. I find that when I go into an ikea for a couple of things and come out with so much more. I also tend to spend hours and get lost looking at things that I don’t even need.
I love ikea products because they're affordable and the designs are sleek and modern. The quality for the price is definitely worth it, and the shopping experience is a part of why it is so great! However their products are a bit difficult to assemble because some of the pieces don't fit together perfectly so you may need to sand or wedge pieces in forcefully.
I think this store is a great go to store especially when starting out for furniture when on a budget. I had to give it for stars because the instruction which is basically a stick figure showing you what to do with no explanation. Just make sure to follow the right thing if that fails somebody is on youtube with a tutorial lol
Although this is a great store and you go in looking for something specific you get left with high prices and personally I end up leaving with more than I went for but its great and has many seletions and workers that are very helpful. It also has set ups of different style homes to give you examples and preferences which I love
Love this place could stay here for days!! Furniture is a bit annoying to put together and if you take it apart multiple times moving it gets shaky but otherwise love everything about this store it's so beautiful inside and the quality is great and they have such a wide range of items you simply won't be able to leave empty handed
Price and quality is excellent can't beat it. The only thing annoying about this plans is that there really is a lack of customer help and it's sad because it's very confusing if you're trying to build and buy a certain look. It also is hard to set up delivery with these people from the store. Maybe it's a lot easier doing it via online.
Sometimes the store is so crowded it gets overwhelming and hard to shop, but for affordable stuff for the house in a pinch, Ikea really can't be beat. Putting the furniture together can be a two person job (and make sure you have actual tools on hand, since the allen wrench alone won't cut it,) but the price point is good.
Ikea is one of my favorite places to go! We usually spend a good part of the day here and my daughter loves to run around all of the set up rooms. We have lunch their and then go downstairs and get our boxes. Their products are good quality, although they can be a pain to put together. It’s worth it for the price and the quality
