I love IKEA! This store is great because most of the stuff is very cheap and minimalistic which I like. This is the store where you could find a lot of things on Tumblr.
I moved from Sacramento to Los Angeles on my own and really only took my clothing and toiletries (and my kitty cat!) with me. I had a few boxes but for the most part came here and furnished my apartment! I don't know what made me more proud: moving to a new city and paying for it all myself, or putting together everything without help hahaha!!! I've moved around with the furniture a few times now and for the price it's handled moving well for the most part, but I do think the next move would be the last. One piece had water damage but I didn't want to bother buying a new one because realistically next bedroom set will be an upgrade. I have back problems and the bed was awesome for about the first 18-20 months. That was a bit disappointing even tho it's not a top of the line mattress for one person to sleep on a queen mattress it should have lasted longer. I recently bought a king size 3" memory foam mattress to lay on the floor and have movie nights-and that it amazing!! Love the store overall for the selection, design, and pricing.
i love shopping here. so many cute and affordable things for home, that are (for the most part) super simple to assemble! they have a wide variety for every room in the house
I really love Ikea! My family teases me about it, but my home is well organized and efficient because of my idea purchases. Plus visiting the store is like a wonderland!
I love ikea! They have everything ever!! And they have such good prices! They literally have everything you could ever need for a house not to mention the food is great!
I love the things they sell but i hate that i have to put EVERYTHING together and i have to search the store for things that i need for it. Everything is never together
Loveeee this store! I redid my whole bedroom using furniture from IKEA and it was at very low cost. Being able to walk through the entire store to get inspiration is great too!
I purchased two 3-shelf white shelves from Ikea. I used both to display my 2 year old son's books and toys. They are one of the best purchases I've made from Ikea. While they're not solid wood, they've held up to my son forcefully taking things in and out of the shelves. I paid $25 for each shelf! Such a great deal for the product! Each shelf also comes with an anchoring system to keep the shelf from falling down on my son. I did have to assemble the shelves myself, but the assembly wasn't too complicated and only took about 35 mins for each shelf. Storage bins were not included with the purchase, but the shelves are adjustable, so you can buy any and then adjust the shelves to fit their height. I would 10/10 purchase again and suggest anyone that needs a little space organized purchase these affordable adorable book shelves!
Ikea is amazing. Anything you want is here! Awesome products, especially for a first home. Great prices. Downside, you build everything but that makes good bonding time with others!
