Icy hot works amazing on my shoulder, neck, and back pain! It is immediate relief! It feels very cool so if you dont mind that then I suggest trying this if you have severe back neck and or shoulder pain. I put a small amount on whatever area is bothering me sometimes all 3 spots at once it’s not over powering just use small amount to start! I love this stuff!
