Being gluten free felt like it was the end of the world after growing up with an abundance of fried goodies and easy to make meals. Quick snacks and lunches meant fruit and vegetables or gross GF snacks at first then I found these Fantasic fish sticks and was really leary not expecting much and was absolutely blown away the coating is nice & crunchy the fish fanatic and a staple in my house. They do not have much flavor on the coating which I love and can be easily seasoned to your liking or simply dipped in tarter sauce or dip of choice.

After being diagnosed with Celiac's almost 12 years ago, I never thought that I would be able to have a specialty food like fish sticks again. When I saw these in the freezer section at Whole Foods, I knew I needed to give them a shot - and I was really happy that I did! They can get a little mushy if you just microwave them, but if you pop them in a toaster oven for a couple of minutes the crispiness of the breading comes back. The fish tastes clean and fresh, too!

This is a great gluten free option especially for picky children! My kids all have gluten sensitivities but also have strong adversions to a lot of foods. They all love this product especially when in the air fryer! They do not smell fishy and the texture is great. The only thing is with gluten free products the price is a bit high for the amount of fish sticks you get in the box. Over all, a great buy and would suggest purchasing.
