I freaking love this stuff had someone purchase this for me and it works very fast. I have Charlie horses in my legs feet ankles etc but, put a little of this leg cramp by Hylands and you will love that you tried it out you will not be disappointed.😁

This is my life saver, I use this when I get severe leg, calf, thigh or foot cramps at night. I use it along with the hyland leg cramp caplets. Within minutes the cramps are slowing in intensity and I can get back to sleep within 30 minutes. My cramps are normally so intense I can't get to the freezer to get an ice pack until they are gone as I can't walk and they hurt badly I'm normally in tears. Hopefully that helps give you an idea of how well they work together. I strongly suggest for anyone who deals with leg cramps.
