It may make you lose a few pounds, but it's absoultely bad for your health. Don't regret it when it's too late. It's always better to reduce your calorie intake, eat healthy, and workout. Yes, it may take longer, but there wont be side effects and you know it was you who did all the work to achieve your goal. I don't recommend this for anyone and never will. It's not worth it, no matter what you're struggling through. WORK HARD... if my mom can do it, you can do it too!!
