That’s why I created our eye balm with ingredients like cucumber, arnica, blue chamomile and camellia seed oil which will address these issues. Like everything we create, it is meant to be used prior to makeup application, so the eye balm formula absorbs quickly and leaves the skin supple and ready for concealer.
