I have been taking these for about seven months. At first I didn’t notice a difference. After six months I can say they are definitely helping me get through my day. I went without them while waiting for my shipment which took longer one month and after three days I noticed a severe dip in my energy levels even with adequate sleep, food intake, water and exercise. Once I got back into taking them within the week I received them in the mail, a shift was very noticeable. I use quite a few supplements from HUM and have always kept these as a part of my monthly shipment. They aren’t very pretty to look at but using them in addition to other supplements are a God send.

This was the first Hum product that didn’t wow me! First off, I have tried most of the products created by Hum, and I have always been impressed with every item. I love that it is made in USA. I would prefer glass bottles instead of plastic. I felt like my heart raced a little after taking these particular pills. Because of this, I chose to reach for a different product for this particular need.
