I can tell a difference in my skin when using this product. Normally my breakouts are mildly severe.. like cystic. With these probiotics my acne is so much more calm. Take it without food !!

Support your American products. This does have a plastic container. I wish they would use glass bottles instead. However, the majority of products by HUM have been a huge hit, where I have noticed improvement. Every month I have tried different products by HUM to help figure out which few I will continue as my everyday staples. This hasn’t disappointed. Highly recommend!
