As a pharmacist this is my go to brand. It’s third party tested and I trust Hum. I get it in a monthly subscription with a few other pills so I end up getting a months bottle for a little around $7. I think it’s worth the little extra cost cuz this is a great brand.

I decided to start taking HUM vitamins to keep my health up and to see if it works! The detox cleanse really works! The vitamin D, hair and nails, flatter me, and B12 vitamins I just started taking recently. But I will say, taking the B12 vitamins are working, more energy support. The flatter me supplements, I take before my 2 meals (lunch and dinner).

Now i worked 2 full time jobs. One of them was night audit, the other a preschool teacher. During the summer when there was no school and i wasnt going outside so much i was feeling a little down. I started taking these they made all difference in the world and lifted my spirits.
