I have used a few different pills from hum nutrition. I thought they tasted good and weren’t too much of a pain to remember to take - I didn’t feel like they worked as well as they are advertised but they are a good option

I bought this supplement for my mom who lives in vietnam where she could not find a natural solution for her terrible hot flashes. She has been able to sleep and the gut punch hot flashes have subsided. HUM works! Instead of 12-15 hot flashes a day, HUM limits them to 1-2 for her. Highly recommended it.
