it's really black and it lasts on the eyelid but def not on the waterline and tightline areas. It migrates out to the corner of my eyes and I have to smudge it to make it look presentable

A light and quick stroke of this pencil is all that is needed for a wing and waterline accent. I find many pencils to smudge, but this sets so quickly after a few seconds of application. The pigment is very black, which is my favorite. This stayed on during the whole day, even in the heat. It is also important for me to have a non-irritating product, since I have sensitive eyes and am a contact lense wearer. This met the requirement.

I am glad to have bought this pencil. It’s good it retracts after it advances. Nice consistency. Nice brown color as well. It will be repurchased.
