If you are familiar with the S&B Curry (aka Golden Curry) then you are probably familiar with this type of Japanese curry roux. It is nice and thick, but noticeably sweeter than S&B Golden Curry. I think it’s a very delicious and mild curry flavor but my preference is toward adding more curry spice and savory ingredients to make it a bit less cloying.
